Carter Breaks Hand

(Boulder-CO) The latest report out of Nuggets training camp is guard Anthony Carter has broken his hand. While not a tremendous blow to the Nuggets, it is not known as of right now how long Carter will be sidelined or if it will have a more serious effect on Anthony’s chances of making the final roster.

I'm going to the Clippers game tomorrow -- got an invite to the "Nuggets Town Meeting" with Rex Chapman and they gave me tickets. Came out of nowhere, so I'm pretty happy about that. Get to see the boys early this year.

Heh, I really just hope that J.R. plays a ton because it's been too long since I've seen his crazy ass. It'll be nice to see some of the lesser-knowns in action also, especially Von Wafer. Any word on whether Nene will see any action in the pre-season?

From what I hear, Nene will not see much action if any in the first game. And I too am anxious to see 'Nila. Any spare tix for sale? I wasn't going to go, but now that it is upon us, the Nuggs Junkie in me is itchin' to see the boys!

Thanks for reading,

They just gave me the two tickets, and I'm going with someone, so I can't help ya. You can find tickets for this game for like $6 on StubHub (but you have to pay some crazy processing fees like normal) -- still a bit cheaper than paying face through TicketMaster.

Bummer that Nene and K-Mart won't be doing anything, but that's totally understandable of course. Can't wait to see J.R. throw down some nastiness again.
